How to Get Started - What do You Need?

Your Workout & Accountability Sheet (It will be emailed to your separately)

Comfortable workout clothing & a water bottle (Stay hydrated, please!).

Timer or Stopwatch so you can easily set the time for 15 minutes (or more if you wish).

(Optional: Exercise mat, gym membership, dumbbells, bands, or any other exercise equipment of your choosing.)

How to Use the Sheet
Before the challenge begins, you'll receive an email containing your personalized workout & accountability sheet. This sheet is your own, but NOOMI will have access to it to help keep you accountable and track your progress. It's crucial that you fill in your sheet daily.
You can either watch the instructional video on how to fill it out or follow the steps below (only fill in the PINK areas)

Add your full name.

Add your location.

Add your current fitness level (beginner, intermediate, advanced).

Add your goals and be specific about what you want to achieve in this challenge. Do you want to lose weight? If so, how much? Do you want to reduce stress levels or explore new activities or anything else? Add 1-2 goals.

Under "WORKOUT COMPLETED," add an X or simply write DONE! to indicate that you completed today's workout.

Under "TYPE," specify the type of workout you did today (e.g., yoga, weight-lifting, running, etc.).

Under "DURATION," add the length of your workout. Aim for a minimum of 15 minutes, but feel free to exercise for longer if you wish.

**Under "COMMENTS," you have the option to add your own thoughts and notes. For example, share if you tried a new activity or overcame any obstacles during your workout."
The Points System to WIN!
As an added incentive, we'll be awarding prizes worth up to $400 to five lucky winners who actively participate in the challenge. To keep track of your progress and increase your chances of winning, we've implemented a point system.
Throughout the challenge, we'll be adding points to your sheet in the designated green area. Here's how you can earn points:

1 Point for each workout (minimum 15 minutes).

1 Extra Point for Consistency (5 consecutive days of participation).

5 Points for posting an image/video on Social Media and tagging us at @noomistockholm #NOOMImovement2024.

10 Points for Completing the Challenge (participating for all 30 days).
