Within the continental United States, standard flat-rate shipping for NOOMI Stockholm is $4.95, with delivery typically taking 2–8 business days. For a quicker option, you can choose USPS Priority Mail at $9.95, with an estimated delivery within 1–3 business days. As soon as your order is shipped, you'll receive your tracking number.
At Noomi Stockholm, we operate as a boutique business, offering our handmade products directly to consumers. Unlike larger companies, we do not have access to bulk shipping rates. However, for your benefit, we offer free shipping on all U.S. orders above $50.
Please know that we process and ship orders as soon as possible. We continually monitor for any unforeseen delays and update delivery estimates on our checkout page accordingly.

Return & Guarantee Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with our products. That’s why all orders come with a 30-day trial period and a 100% money-back guarantee for your first purchase, except for limited editions, which currently includes only the Blueberry Express Peel. This allows ample time to assess effectiveness. If you’re not satisfied for any reason, you can return any item for a full refund (excluding shipping charges) within 30 days from the order date, including international orders.

Please note that we do not allow returns on limited editions. This policy applies only to the Blueberry Express Peel or any gift sets containing the blueberry express right now.

Any free gifts must be returned along with the main product when utilizing our 30-day guarantee. If the free gift is not returned, its value, as stated on our website, will be deducted from your refund.

If you return a product without informing us, it may result in us being unable to process your return.

We don't accept returns on fully used products.

Our guarantee applies only to first-time orders. Please note that this offer is valid for new customers trying our products for the first time.

Please note that we don’t include return labels with orders. When you contact customer care they provide you with the returns address located in Texas, USA.

If your order included a free gift/product from a promotional offer, please return the free item along with the rest of your order to process a full refund. Keeping the free gift/product without returning it will result in a deduction of its value from the refund of the remaining items in your order.

In instances where products are automatically returned because the customer has not collected the parcel, we reserve the right to deduct a fee to cover associated expenses.
Please be aware that we reserve the right to refuse returns and refunds for fully used items or those submitted beyond the 30-day window. Opened products are eligible for a refund only if they are at least 50% full. The customer bears the responsibility for the shipping costs of the return, and refunds exclude any delivery charges.
Returns and refunds are typically processed promptly, usually within 3-5 business days provided that you have returned the items to us according to our returns policy.
We will issue refunds only to the original credit/debit/gift card used for the purchase.
Damaged Products
As a sustainable company committed to eco-friendly practices, we utilize glass bottles and biodegradable packaging to minimize our environmental footprint. While we take every precaution to ensure secure deliveries, in the rare event of breakage, please email images of the damaged products to hello@noomistockholm.com within 10 days. This enables us to swiftly arrange a replacement or issue a full refund.
Cancellation Policy
At Noomi Stockholm, we strive to swiftly process your orders to ensure timely delivery. We make every effort to accommodate order cancellation or modification requests within one hour of placing an order. Please note that once an order has been processed, cancellations and modifications are no longer possible. For security reasons, we are unable to redirect a shipped parcel to an alternative shipping address. In the event that delivery cannot be completed to the original shipping address, the parcel will be returned to our fulfillment center and processed as a return.
