We want you to get the freshest, most effective organic skincare possible without having to wait for it to arrive. We are therefor only shipping products with DHL express internationally. Orders are always processed and shipped within 1-2 business days. 

Delivery Time: 1-4 business days.

Complimentary Express Shipping: On any orders over $89.

Express shipping Includes detailed tracking information where you can follow your parcels journey online. 


GLS Standard shipping 7-15 days delivery: $15. 

Complimentary standard shipping: On any orders over $89.

DHL Express 1-4 day delivery: $19.99.

Complimentary express shipping: On any orders over $120.

On international orders we are not responsible for any duty/import/taxes/customs/etc charges you may incur.

We are unfortunately not able to ship to Norway, Russia & United Kingdom at this time. We apologise for any inconvenience caused.  


We want you to be happy with every product you purchase from us at If you however need to return an item and request for a refund please follow the steps below: 

If you wish to return a product, please contact us at to initiate the return process. Include your order number along with the reason for the return. Once approved, we will contact you with mailing instructions.

Returned items can only be accepted within 30 days from the date on your order. We accept returns on unopened items in their original conditions only. Shipping charges for the returned product(s) are the responsibility of the customer and shipping charges associated with the original order are not refunded in the case of a return. Once we have received the product, your refund will be processed and applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Please allow up to a week for the refund to appear.

Please note that order cancellations can only be processed before the items have been shipped. Once the order is shipped out you will need to go through the return process stated above. We do not accept refunds requests based on shipping delays, and if the parcel is not collected or refused by the customer we reserve the right to take out a fee to cover shipping expenses from the original refund. 

*We always strive for consistency but due to the high content of pure natural botanicals and extracts, color and texture may slightly vary in our products. We always advise you to start using the products as soon as they are received since they are made in small fresh batches and do not contain any artificial preservatives.

* Please note that we do offer a 30-day 100% money back guarantee on certain products and it activates 30 days from the date on your order. That means you will have around 3 weeks to test the product/s since delivery time usually is no longer than one week (except for holidays) and there is no need to send the product back if you are not satisfied. Once the 30 days have passed the guarantee expires and we can no longer accept refund requests. Please note that shipping delays do not affect the 30 day guarantee.


We are a sustainable and environmentally conscious company and always use glass bottles and biodegradable packaging. We are doing everything we can to make sure the products are delivered to you in excellent condition, and breakage rarely happens.

If however, you would receive broken items due to shipping and handling, please send us images of the damaged products within 10 days of arrival to and we will either send a new replacement or offer you a full refund.
