1. DO I NEED TO USE A CLEANSER WITH THE SPONGE?
You do not need to use a cleanser with your sponge. However, if you have makeup on or use heavy products, you can use a gentle cleanser with the sponge. The sponge is however effective to do the cleanse on its own. If you do choose to use a cleanser, use less, since the sponge will make the cleanser work harder and go “further.”

2. HOW OFTEN CAN I USE MY KONJAC SPONGE?
You can use your sponge every day, in the morning and in the evening. The sponge will gently remove dead skin cells, impurities and pollutants, and never damage the skin that’s underneath. It’s kinder to the skin than regular exfoliants, although still very effective, so it’s suitable for everyday use.

3. HOW LONG WILL MY KONJAC SPONGE LAST?
Our Konjac Sponge is a 100% natural vegetable product infused with organic extracts and will last between 1-3 months. Once it starts to break down and look tired, replace it. The better care you give the sponge, the longer it will last.

4. HOW DO I CARE FOR MY KONJAC SPONGE?
To maximize the life of the sponge, always rinse it after use and very gently squeeze out excess water. Hang it to dry between uses in an airy, well-ventilated space. The sponge will start to dry between uses and go hard. Just simply rehydrate it to use again. You can also place your clean, dry sponge in the fridge to keep it fresh and cool, which also helps it last longer.
