The Recipe ♥
What You Need:

6 ounces of Almond Milk, homemade or store bought. You can also substitute it for oat milk.

1 tablespoon Organic Honey

1 teaspoon Hibiscus Leaves
-
4 Ounces of unsweetened Tart Cherry Juice

1/2 teaspoon Ashwaganda Powder
How to make it:

Pour almond milk and tart cherry juice into a cup and add a teaspoon of organic honey. Heat in the microwave for at least one minute, then stir to blend the honey. Alternatively, heat over low heat in a small pot.

Remove from heat and add 1-2 ml of Chaga elixir. Whisk in the ashwagandha until smooth. If you'd like a frothier texture, you can blend it using a blender.

Sprinkle hibiscus leaves on top, and enjoy immediately.
